RETURN POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your SIGG products.

This return policy is only for purchases made on the MySIGG.com site. If you purchased a SIGG product at a retail store or another online site and are interested in returning that product, please contact that store or site directly.

If for some reason you are not delighted with a product you purchased from MySIGG.com, you can return it in unused and new condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a credit, exchange or refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges.

We do not accept returns of used bottles (unless they are somehow defective).

Bottles that are damaged due to misuse (e.g., freezing) are not eligible for return or exchange.

To return an unused item purchased on MySIGG.com, please call (888)507-SIGG to receive your mandatory RMA number. We cannot process a return or exchange without an RMA number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges (unless the bottle is defective or was somehow damaged in initial transit to you).

SHIPPING POLICY

All MySIGG.com orders are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes.

We only ship within the continental U.S.

Orders received by noon Eastern Time, will ship the same day the order is placed. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following day.

You will receive an email with UPS tracking information once your order has shipped. That tracking information will also available in the ‘Your Account’ section of the site.

We offer Free Shipping via UPS Ground on orders of 2 or more regular priced bottles.

Shipping Rates:

UPS Ground - $6

UPS Two-Day - $15

UPS Next Day - $25

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders under $10 (e.g., a replacement top) will be charged $2 shipping and will not be trackable.

PRIVACY POLICY

We believe in your right to privacy and our responsibility to protect that information.

We will not share your personal information with any third parties.

Any personal information that is collected, for example your email address and purchase history, will only be used to serve you better and help resolve any issues.

We do not store credit card information on our servers. We receive a transaction authorization via Authorize.net (our payment gateway) and then that information is cleared from our servers.

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

What is Covered: SIGG warrants its bottles are free from any defects in material or workmanship.

What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover any problem that is not caused by a defect in material or workmanship, including abuse, misuse, or an act of God. Also, SIGG will not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

How Long Coverage Lasts: This warranty shall be effective for five years from date of purchase, and all implied warranties shall also be limited to two years.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation as to implied warranties may not apply to you

What SIGG Will Do: We will replace any product component part that fails to conform to this warranty within 30 days after its receipt by the appropriate SIGG service department for your country of domicile (see “How to Get Service” below).  If the same design/color of the component part is not available, we will replace the component part with a replacement part of a different design/color.

Your Rights under State Law:  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
