The historical election in the USA has inspired people around the globe, from Switzerland to Swaziland. To recognize the global enthusiasm for the rebirth of the American Dream, SIGG Switzerland, the world leader in eco-hydration, is introducing “Celebrate America”, a limited release collection of their famous bottles.

“Despite the challenging economic climate, America has always represented a bold, ‘can do’ attitude,” states Mark Lang, Vice President of SIGG Global Marketing. “We wanted to capture the spirit that people all over the world love about America.”

The collection consists of six special SIGG bottle designs by American artists including the well known styles of Keith Haring and Drew Brophy. From coast to coast, the images on the bottles celebrate daily life in the States from the big surf to the open prairies. “They are not only beautiful designs, they are iconic to life in America”, adds Lang.

And as a proud member of 1% For The Planet, SIGG is donating $1 for each “Celebrate America” bottle sold to The Sierra Club Foundation which is dedicated to the preservation and protection of the natural environment. SIGG supports the Sierra Club motto: “Explore, Enjoy & Protect the Planet!”

The SIGG “Celebrate America” Collection will launch at authorized retailers and online at sigg.com on July 4th, 2009. The bottles will be available only while limited supplies last.
